Brewer St, Oxford OX1 1QS
Founded in 1896, Campion Hall is one of the Permanent Private Halls of the University of Oxford. It is run by the Society of Jesus and occupies a fine late-Lutyens building, built in 1935. The Hall’s collection, assembled by the celebrated Fr. Martin D’Arcy includes many fine works of baroque and twentieth century art, as well as books associated with St Edmund Campion, including the very rare secret printing of Decem Rationes.
The visit will feature some of the treasures of the Hall’s collections and archives, including those acquired with FNL support, and offer the chance to tour this enchanting building, including a visit to the Chapel, painted in the 1940s by Charles Mahoney.
Limited to 20 places
